Verdict

DANCING ON A DREAM keeps finding one too good but this will be the first time that she’s tackled soft going. Her dam won on an easy surface and Mark Johnston’s filly deserves a change of luck given she always seems to run up to her mark. John Betjeman was second on heavy going at Bath in March but hasn’t been seen since disappointing over 5f here in May. After showing promise at Newbury, Elysian Lady was only beaten a nose over this trip at Yarmouth and Hackle Setter and Al Wafi have shown some ability. Hurricane Hero is a half-brother to four winners and cost €26,000 but his stable is struggling for winners at present.
