In depth
Verdict
Ink Master is probably best watched on is first start since July and Purple 'n Gold also has an absence to overcome. RED SPINNER was only beaten half-a-length off a 2lb higher mark at Newbury in the autumn. First-time cheekpieces could help him cope with this drop in distance and he looks a better bet than Cold March, who had a hard race at Cheltenham and has never won off a mark this high, and the out-of-sorts Ulck Du Lin.
