Verdict
TOMILY only had two rivals at Brighton but there was nothing wrong with earlier placed efforts at Kempton and Newmarket and, with Gary Mahon's claim reducing his penalty, Richard Hannon's youngster should win again. Davarde was much improved when second at Salisbury but collateral form gives him plenty to find with the selection. Daffodil Mulligan weakened quickly once headed on debut but stablemate Frozen Queen is a half-sister to a winning sprinter and preferred to Simmie of the newcomers.
