Verdict

A small field goes to post for the first on the card and Great Jubilee, Manhunter and Tresor Preziniere look the ones to concentrate on and we will take a chance on the Martin Pipe trained Great Jubilee. The gelding will not have to be anything special to win this on his debut and he is sure to have been well schooled. Tresor Preziniere rates the main danger he was a fair sort over fences but his best form was on soft ground so for that reason he is opposed on this occasion. Manhunter could also go well he was a fair second behind Serious Position last time but the drop ion trip is not sure to suit. Bosphrous was third behind Bearaway on his debut over hurdles but he will need to improve, prove again to score so we are happy to side with Great Jubilee.
