In depth
Verdict
A large field goes to post for this claimer and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Teorban, Lord Lamb and Simonovski and the vote goes to Teorban. The selection was a fair sixth behind Sun Hill in a much better race last time out, the drop in class should suit and of what looks a fair mark and under conditions that suit he will be hard to beat. Lord Lamb rates thew main danger he was fifth in this grade behind Peter's Imp last time and has definite place claims, but although he travels well in his races he finds little off the bridal so he is passed over on this occasion. Simonovski is another worthy of respect he was a fair third behind Canadian Storm last time and if he sees out this much longer trip he will not be far away. Of the remainder Buchanan Street was a fair second behind Biscar Two over 10 furlongs last time but he is another that has to prove his stamina. Of the remainder Our Imperial Bay is from a yard in form and is another to note in the market but for the winner we return to Teorban.
