A competitive opener with many in with a chance including Dayoff, Robbie Can Can, Harare and Yenaled with the vote going to the last named. Yenaled looked as though a return to form was on the cards when finishing an eye catching second to Monash Lad at Windsor last time out. Although that was only a seller it was an improved effort and if able to capitalize on that then he is worth siding with once more. Dayoff carries a five pound penalty for his latest success at Ayr when getting the better of Nakwa by four lengths and could be well in. Robbie Can Can is another who comes here after a success over course and distance. He runs off the same mark so should be one to note in the betting market. Harare has been running with credit of late and a win is only around the corner but he may find one or two a little better treated so for the winner we return to Yenaled.
