Verdict

A trappy Class 6 affair but maybe a chance for HARMONY BAY to get her head in front for the first time since landing her sole success as a juvenile a year ago. Sylvester Kirk's filly has been performing with admirable consistency, enjoys this specialist trip and can handle a rise in the weights on the back of two competitive recent runs, especially when third in a better race at Sandown on her penultimate start. The wining run of Prince Of Cardamom was brought to an end last time at Salisbury but the drop back to 7f should suit and he looks a leading player here along with Waneen, another likely to approve of the move back to this trip. Wild Flower is consistent but a 0-23 career record is off-putting and Hamish Mcgonagain and Baz's Boy are unproven at the trip. Poor Duke has place claims.
