Verdict

A tricky nursery to get proceedings underway, with Golden Legacy, I'm Aimee and Make Us Flush the three against the field, with the first named given the nod. Richard Fahey's filly who had run well on her two previous starts, notably in a Listed event at Ascot last month, before taking a decent Carlisle maiden without much trouble. She travelled well throughout and quickened up in good style to score comfortably, another bold showing is expected. I'm Aimee has gone close in two similar events recently and looks set to take a hand in the finish again. On the first occasion she went down by just a short head to today's rival Make Us Flush, there is no difference in the weights this afternoon so once again it should be a tight battle. Of the others, Misperon doesn't look badly treated and should be in the shake up, but Golden Legacy has the class to defy top-weight.
