In depth

Verdict

Costa Adeje was only beaten a head by Devious Angel, who runs in the opener, here last month but steps up from 5f to 7f. Atrium won nicely at Ascot after a debut third at Doncaster and warrants respect even though like Prosperous Voyage, who beat Thursday’s Goodwood nursery winner Aswan at Epsom, he carries a penalty. NUANCE was a shade keen when third at Haydock so may be better suited by this sharper track and stall one is rarely a disadvantage around here.
