      Verdict

      EVERLONG should be winning this on official figures. She's well clear of the rest of the field and was beaten a couple of lengths in soft ground at this track in the Cheshire Oaks back in May. Still I'm A Star is next best on ratings but still has 12lb to find with the selection while Newcastle runner-up Mama Quilla has even more to do on today's terms. Merry Jaunt could prove the fly in the ointment as she will appreciate the step up in trip and has scope for lots of improvement on only her third start.
