    Verdict

GOLDEN SANDS has only won at Wolverhampton but led into the straight on fast ground at Goodwood last week until swamped by Rawyaan. Stable companion Devasboy finished last on his reappearance at Hamilton while Manastu's comfortable maiden victory at Carlisle came on soft ground. Liangel Hope scored on good to firm at Redcar and has continued to perform well so he could provide the main threat.
