In depth

Verdict

The progressive BOW CREEK sets a very decent standard on last week's third at York and nobody rides this track better than Franny Norton. A half-brother to the useful Dare To Dance, who stayed 1m4f, the further step up in distance should be in his favour and he's the one to beat. Mukaynis is entitled to improve on his debut third at Yarmouth and has more scope than Newcastle runner-up Arrowzone while newcomers Mountain Lion, a half-brother to two winning milers, and Yenhaab, closely related to the smart Folk Opera, should also pay their way.
