In depth

Edge made a promising debut over 5f here but hasn't really progressed as expected and was well beaten over this trip at Newmarket. Lincoln has been well supported in each of his races since his debut at York but has bumped into a couple of promising types along the way. He should go well though looks exposed now and MY PAINTER can improve past him. Charles Hills' filly made a bright start to her career over this trip at Newmarket where she showed up strongly until fading close home and with that under her belt can come out on top here. Telegraph caught the eye with a late burst over 6f at Newbury and will improve while any money for the newcomers should be monitored.
