In depth
Verdict
CROCUS BAY was beaten 11 lengths when runner-up to Maccas Lad at Punchestown last month but Edward O'Grady's gelding should strip fitter here and looks the one to beat. Clonleney showed promise on his debut at Leopardstown in January but was well beaten at Thurles the following month and hasn't been out since. Inish Island had a couple of runs over hurdles last season and could be interesting, while newcomer Coolruss is related to winners on the Flat and over hurdles and could prove the pick of the remainder.
