Verdict

Tara Warrior sets the standard in this Maiden Hurdle but she might now be exposed in this company so we prefer the improving GARLIC HILL and Lend A Hand Son could feature. Although not that well served by the framing of this contest based on the official ratings the selection showed more improvement when only finding one too good last time and more is expected again. Tara Warrior looked much improved over a comparable trip on his last run and although a danger might find the selection improve past him. Lend A Hand Son doesn't have to find much at the ratings and is fit from a spin on the level while John The Soldier ran well on his timber debut and rates as a live one. Plenty in with chances but in a race that won't take much winning Garlic Hill gets the nod.
