Rise Of An Empire was well beaten in a much stronger handicap at Gowran after landing a novices' contest at Ballinrobe and will be more at home in this class. WHIZZZEY RASCAL wasn't beaten far in that Gowran handicap when War Of The Pennys, who won over the track and trip last month, was also behind - her previous victory over 2m3f on this track suggests she's ready to score again. Rendezvous Peak, who is likely to be back over fences before long, ran well in his last two starts over hurdles in August and should make a bold bid while Blackthorn Prince stayed on strongly to score over this course and distance last month after initiating a double at Ballinrobe so he's another with claims.
