In depth

Verdict

Teacher's Pet has already won four races over hurdles, though all over much further and his only start over this trip resulted in a moderate effort. VEINARD's only victory came over 2m3f at Clonmel but he was only caught in the shadow of the post over this trip in a strong handicap at Leopardstown last time and that form looks good enough. Indian Monsoon ran his best race to date in a Limerick maiden last month and, with further progress likely, he looks a threat but Vinnie Luck has been chasing and will probably find a couple of these too quick. The Irregular won a Clonmel handicap a month ago but didn't jump as well in a better race at Leopardstown next time.
