In depth

Verdict

Enda Bolger runs Zest For Life and Doctor Pat with JT McNamara's presence on the latter suggesting he could be the one, though it's a long time since he showed any real form. CARTHALAWN has won his last three starts in opens between the flags and is in such good heart that he can continue his winning run as he had today's rival Supreme Doc, a subsequent winner at Downpatrick, behind when scoring at Horse & Jockey last month. Annacarton can always be relied on to do his best though he was a long way behind the selection at Tillahallow in February.
