Verdict

Robbie McNamara won this last year and the presence of Derek O'Connor on board the newcomer Analytical Mindset could be significant so watch the market. Allardyce did nothing wrong when chasing home Pass Hymn at Wexford and it will be a surprise if he's not thereabouts while winning point-to-pointer Toomlough made a bright start under Rules with a very good third on the same track. Motcomb Street started favourite on his only run to date at Doncaster in November so connections will be hopeful of compensation but Willie Mullins has introduced a couple of smart bumpers in recent weeks and KATIE CONNELL, who is by Doyen out of a French Listed hurdles winner, could be another.
