In depth

Jack The Wire is going well over fences and there was plenty to like about his run behind Miss Eyecatcher at Tipperary though he's 3lb out of the handicap. Ballyoisin has had his jumping problems but has some very smart form when getting round safely though his owner also has NEARLY NAMA'D (NAP) engaged and Barry Geraghty rides. He won some tough races for the Hughes' family and will have come on a bundle for his reappearance in a similar class race to this at Killarney. Hurricane Ben looked a smart novice in the spring though has a long absence to overcome but Ruby Walsh has ridden Three Stars just once, when landing a Grade 3 at Punchestown a year ago.

Ballyoisin (IRE) 4-9fav (11-12) Soon disputed lead, led after 5th, soon went on, slight mistakes 4 out and 3 out and soon reduced lead, headed approaching straight, mistake 2 out, not match winner and kept on same pace after, 2nd of 5, 3 1/4l behind Attribution (11-12) at Limerick 2m 2f gd in Jul.

Tell Us More (IRE) 14-1 (10-10) Not that fluent in rear, behind 5th, some headway before last, no impression, soon weakened, 21st of 25, dist behind Arctic Fire (11-12) at Cheltenham 2m 1f hcp (1) gd in Mar.

Hurricane Ben (IRE) 5-1 (11-10) Led, strongly pressed 2 out, headed between last 2, no extra and one pace from last, 4th of 13, 3 3/4l behind Don't Touch It (11-9) at Punchestown 2m hcp Good - Yielding in Apr.

Neverushacon (IRE) 20-1 (8-7) Chased leaders, 6th halfway, ridden over 2f out, no impression over 1f out, kept on one pace, 5th of 24, 9l behind Lord Erskine (8-5) at Navan 2m hcp sft in Oct.

Dandridge 7-1 (11-5) Held up in rear, headway towards outside when mistake 4 out, outpaced next, weakened from 2 out, 10th of 14, dist behind Double W's (11-1) at Aintree 2m hcp (1) gd in Apr.
