In depth

Verdict

FAN DE BLUES has generally raced in strong company and beat the useful Cape Gentleman comfortably at Ballinrobe when Bythesametoken was beaten a long way. He looks the one to beat though Pythion will be receiving lumps of weight and was conceding 22lb when runner-up to Ricky Langford at Killarney. Kitty Galore beat Influential Lady at Ballinrobe before runner-up to the useful Jeremys Flame at Galway while Ferdia wasn't beaten far in a Grade 3 at Punchestown on Wednesday.
