Verdict

Sheer Bravado took a step forward when returning a wide-margin winner at Listowel but the handicapper has taken no chances raising him 12lb. BALMARI also posted an improved effort over 6f here when beating a subsequent winner in a maiden. Mick Halford’s charge stays this far and further progress is expected now handicapping. Real Appeal has a shout on an earlier third at Leopardstown when ahead of Tommy Taylor while Windham Belle went close off a higher mark over track and trip at this time last year.
