Verdict

HAMLEY won this last year and is just 2lb higher, despite a big run at Leopardstown last weekend where he only just failed to concede Masucci 7lb. He can go in again though Agent Zigzag is respected after a very impressive maiden victory at Killarney, though that was on soft ground. Espoir D'soleil made a very encouraging reappearance in a big field here last month where she came with a late rattle to almost catch Aared. She'll be primed for this and is an obvious contender as is Maths Prize, who was staying on strongly over a mile here last time. New Direction hasn't run since last August and may not be up to winning first time back.
