Verdict

Laganore, a Listed winner at Newmarket in October, would have a good chance if taking up this option rather than yesterday's 3.30 at Haydock (declared a non-runner at Haydock). Last year's Triumph Hurdle winner Ivanovich Gorbatov is a smart performer on the level though may just find this on the short side but Glamorous Approach deserves a crack at this level after carrying a big weight to victory in a tough handicap here. There are some unexposed types among the entries including Red Label, who didn't quite get going when favourite here last time, and TITUS, who beat the useful Venice Beach on his debut at Leopardstown last summer and may not take much getting ready.
