Verdict

Three-Year-Olds have a good record in this and LA PETITE COCO completed a hat-trick for that age group when landing this a year ago. Paddy Twomey's filly reappeared to land the Pretty Polly here then just failed to hold Alpinista and Tuesday over 1m4f in the Yorkshire Oaks. Back over her best trip she looks the one to beat. Billy Lee prefers her over Rumbles Of Thunder, a Group 3 winner at Cork last month and suited by testing ground. Above The Curve is a strapping filly who is still progressing and though unraced since landing a Group 1 at Longchamp in May won't lack fitness. Insinuendo was a good fourth in this last year and has run two cracking races against high-class opposition this season so is by no means out of this. Aidan O'Brien has only won this twice this century and today's three representatives will need to find major improvement.
