Verdict

Sir Walter Scott hasn't run since making a winning debut at Dundalk last September and Joseph O'Brien has chosen to ride Heirloom, who won a handicap at Gowran before beaten over a slightly longer trip at Tipperary. This doesn't look the strongest of Listed races so HIKARI, who managed to land a Wexford maiden by no less than 15l in August, probably wouldn't need to improve too much to go in again and she's given the nod. Zand has disappointed this season after ending his first campaign with a victory at Leopardstown but Jazz Girl has been running well in handicaps and wasn't beaten far when stepped up to this level at Galway.
