Verdict

Up has only won a maiden on Polytrack but she's a classy filly who was beaten just a length in the French 1000 Guineas the last time she raced over a mile. She hasn't stayed when sent over longer trips in subsequent Group 1's so this should bring out the best in her. She'll be difficult to beat but CAPONATA has looked a potential Group 1 winner with each race and could hardly have been more impressive when beating today's rival Shebella at Naas with Soon further behind. The latter is held by Tannery on their run at Gowran in May though David Wachman's filly will do better over a longer trip. Princess Sinead ran very well in the Irish 1000 Guineas here and there's no reason why she shouldn't progress again and make her presence felt.
