In depth
Verdict
Draconid couldn't get close to Probe at Killarney but will be suited by the extra 2f though Parish Delight was only a couple of lengths behind and didn't have the benefit of experience. This pair have the edge on those with a run under their belts but FATHER'S DAY can justify an entry in the King Edward VII Stakes and make a winning start. A son of Galileo out of Group 3 winner Fire Lily, he could find another newcomer his main rival as Sherkin Island is the third foal of a mare who has already produced two winners.
