In depth

Verdict

John Oxx has been mounting a revival lately so Foolish, who has made progress with every run, can make his presence felt. Ashoka's second to Bantry Bay here in May was a fair effort and more improvement will see him go close while Tara Dylan made an encouraging start behind Sidra at Gowran. Unyielding takes a big step-up in trip after being placed over 7f at Galway but the 650,000gns yearling IMPERIAL PALACE won't need to be a world-beater to make a successful debut and the half-brother to six winners gets the vote.
