Verdict

Aidan O.Brien has trained three-year-olds to win two of the last three but this time goes with the year older Sir Isaac Newton. He's taken a little while to reach his peak this season but his victory in the Listed Wolferton Handicap at Ascot suggests he's well up to landing a Group 3 at some stage. However CHEMICAL CHARGE, who won twice as a two-year-old for Ralph Beckett, made an excellent start for Ger Lyons over this track and trip three weeks ago when staying on strongly behind Portage with Sir Isaac Newton over two lengths back in third. He should confirm the form and can give the weight to the year younger Sanus Per Aquam, who has been mixing it at the highest level since landing a Group 3 at Newmarket in September. Agnes Stewart looked a superb prospect when narrowly beaten by Together Forever in the Fillies' Mile in 2014 but hasn't run since while In My Pocket blotted his copybook in Listed company at Naas.
