Verdict

MINDING has frightened away what opposition there may have been and the 1,000 Guineas and Oaks winner should take this in her stride. She was surprisingly beaten here in the Irish 1,000 Guineas but she looks in a different class to these rivals. Luca Cumani has his horses in good form so the progressive Koora could be the one to snaffle a decent prize for second spot after her excellent run in the Middleton at York, where she had subsequent Saint-Cloud Group 2 winner Speedy Boarding behind. Lucida has been disappointing since landing the Rockfel as a two-year-old.
