Verdict

BIBLE BELT was so impressive when landing a Listed event over this trip at Gowran that it will take a big performance to prevent her completing a hat-trick. Aoife Alainn has a Group 1 penalty for her victory in Italy so it could be Contredanse who proves best of the older brigade. Aidan O'Brien has three entries with Gemstone possibly the best of them though a bigger threat may emerge in the shape of Roger Charlton's Primevere, who is improving rapidly and landed a Salisbury Listed contest earlier this month. Haziyna has been caught in the closing stages over longer trips on her last two starts so this should prove ideal and she can reach a place at least.
