Verdict
Despite not having the class of some of the other races this novice handicap hurdle has produced a competitive betting heat with there being little between most of the main protagonists. Property Zone has been on the up since leaving Mick Easterby's yard and is entitled to go close off this weight and under the conditions. He is closely weighted with Beyond Borders on their run at this track at the end of January and there will be little between them. Summer Bounty showed some useful form earlier in the season and was given a break after falling at Aintree three months ago. He can run well fresh so is one to consider. Amwell Star is a very much an in and out performer who can not be ruled out here as he acts on the ground and the trip is ideal. However he is a bit to inconsistent to be considered strongly here.
