In depth

Verdict

ANEMOI (NAP) carries a penalty but made a very solid start over timber when beating the odds-on Pym at Ascot with another previous winner well back in third – the fourth won here yesterday. Winston C is an interesting recruit from the Flat for Harry Fry as stamina won’t be a problem and good ground is his ideal. Jockey bookings suggest Boomarang is preferred to Prophets Prayer of Emma Lavelle’s two bumper winners and Red Royalist wasn’t disgraced when third at Huntingdon and will strip fitter today.
