    Verdict

COMMANDER returned to action with a narrow-margin defeat at Newbury in April and the winner is now rated 82. That looks strong enough form to land this given Mudallel, who also has decent maiden form, hasn’t raced since his debut in September. The Statesman is getting closer but drops back in trip for this while Warsaw Road and Azaly have plenty of scope for improvement and better is expected from them.
