FEAR NOTHING should be able to open his account in this company although the likes of Gold Gleam and Serious Matters wouldn't need to improve out of hand in order to give him food for thought. Ed McMahon's runner was very well backed for a handicap at Ffos Las when wearing a visor for the first time but came up short having had every chance. His two runs this season have by no means been bad performances though and entitle him to win a race of this nature. Gold Gleam has shown pace on both starts and may benefit from the drop to the minimum; he doesn't appear to have an awful lot to find with his more experienced rival and must be feared with the yard going well. Serious Matters has more to prove but Walter Swinburn's team have just struck form and he may fare better whilst Burnt Cream and Patroller are two more that may have more to offer but Fear Nothing may have little to fear.
