Verdict

Another tricky little handicap to end proceedings but GRANNY ROZ showed plenty of pace to make all over 6f at Ripon and should handle a first try over the minimum. Oriental Lilly has been knocking on the door but has been raised 4lb since her second at Thirsk. The going could cause problems for Qatari Riyals, who last ran over 7f, and Peachey Carnehan is still looking a few pounds too high on Turf. The Night Before hasn’t shown much in maidens but might have more luck now handicapping.
