Imshivalla was third in this last year but beaten six lengths. However, she has the beating of Empress Ali on that form. Lady Of Camelot would certainly have claims on her best form but she had a hard race in a Group 3 at Newbury two weeks ago. John Gosden also runs the unexposed Aqualis but she's only won an all-weather maiden so far. David Simcock is also double-handed but Carnachy needs further and Chinoiseries has waited until the final day of the Turf season to make her seasonal reappearance. Entsar and Dubai Fashion will both need to up their game stepping out of handicaps so a tentative vote goes to ALJAZZI, who won on fast going in this grade at Haydock in August and ran well enough on softer ground at Gowran last time to suggest she'll stay this longer trip. Ceol Na Nog looks the best of the Irish raiders while Dawn Of Hope also has claims but Maleficent Queen looks ready for a break.
