        Verdict

        Miss Polly Plum defied a 6lb penalty for her win on the turf at Lingfield when following up at the same track last time. The handicapper has taken a dim view of her four length victory and raised her a hefty 15lb so she'll need to dig a lot deeper this time. Mandalay King had Ingleby Star behind at Hamilton last week and should go well again, while Crimson Cloud and Bosun Breese are capable on their day, but the vote goes to MILTON OF CAMPSIE. She's found life tough since landing a hat-trick in 2009, but has dropped down to a fair mark now and will have come on for her reappearance at Redcar.
