          Verdict

          A crazy race to get involved with from a betting point of view and a very tentative TEAMtalk vote goes to Definite Guest. The jockey and trainer teamed up in this race last year when the progressive this season Lady Bear finished fourth behind the now out of form Mutared and the now badly handicapped First Maite. The selection has been campaigned exclusively over 7f this season but has looked as though a mile would suit. Parting Shot will undoubtedly be all the rage following his success two days ago at Musselburgh but in the past he has found it hard to run two good races in such a short space of time. Linning Wine has each-way opportunities dropping down in trip. He has not had a hard season and that should be in his favour.
