Verdict

The Manuscript should be capable of better having got off the mark at Market Rasen. He’s only gone up 3lb and his rider claims 5lb. UNO MAS also has an in-form claimer on board and Christian Williams’ charge is worth a try over this longer trip on a relatively quick surface as he stayed on well when beating another Jonjo O’Neill inmate, Bahama Moon, over 2m4f on good to soft at Hereford last week. Diggin Deep travels over from Ireland in good form while Stonemadforspeed has place claims and is preferred to Fakenham second Young Phoenix and the Ben Pauling pair Tennewrow and Cangodemayo.
