    Verdict

    LOGICIAN broke the track record in last year’s St Leger. He’s had a year off and this will be on the short side for John Gosden’s unbeaten four-year-old but he is probably a class above his two rivals. Zaaki has twice been successful at Group 3 level but he’s not quite been able to reproduce his best for so far this season. Mythical Magic has only won once in this country and seems to reserve his best for Meydan nowadays.
