Border Arrow Won Brigadier Gerard Stakes earlier in year and not disgraced behind Lagudin after a lengthy absence last time. Handles conditions and has a decent chance, though may not be running over his optimum trip.
Akbar (IRE) Best form on better ground than this but certainly stays the trip. May find one or two too good, though.
Boreas Won this race last year, and finished a fair third to Nayef in Group 3 race at Ascot in September. Bit disappointing at Longchamp last time but this looks a lot easier and he could prove hard to beat.
Yorkshire (IRE) Likes to force the pace and although he is probably better over further he could play a big part here if achieving an uncontested lead. Handles conditions well.
Double Crossed Not seen since a narrow winner of the Lingfield Oaks Trial back in May. Handles these conditions and stable running into some form so cannot be dismissed.
Darandala (IRE) Not been seen since well beaten in the Galtres Stakes at York and would appear to have a stiff task here.
Pasithea (IRE) Faces an impossible task at these weights.
