Verdict

Maninsane recorded a first win over fences at Huntingdon last month but was behind Croagh Patrick at Carlisle the time before. Wicked West will need to up his game to get his head back in front but Getaway Luv seems to pop up when least expected and Full Of Light is fitted with a tongue-tie today. Fete Champetre is no mug but HEROIQUE DE MAULDE (NAP) just came up short on his UK debut at Newcastle. A 4lb rise is probably fair as the winner has gone in again since and Brian Hughes keeps the partnership intact.
