        Verdict

        Montsarrat has already won three times over 7f and should have no problem with the extra furlong. He'll make a bold bid to defy top weight while there is probably plenty more to come from Brighton winner Mansfield. Danehill Kodiac has been steadily improving and bolted up over this trip on Polytrack last month but we'll stick with MIDHMAAR after he came good over a mile at Salisbury. He made all that day and Paul Hanagan will probably employ similar tactics here to utilise his stamina. Aqua Libre looked useful at Wolverhampton and is bred to stay further so could also play a part.
