Verdict

SHINE SO BRIGHT was having his first start since finishing sixth in the 2000 Guineas when winning the Sky Bet City Of York Stakes last month. He’s clearly a smart miler and his yard is in form so he should be good enough to defy a small penalty. Sir Dancealot is held on the form book and the 2016 winner Breton Rock is looking a light of former days so any dangers should be among the three-year-olds. Turjomaan was second over a mile at Goodwood and drops back to his winning trip today so is preferred to Never No More and Azano.
