Verdict

So Beloved was engaged at Sandown yesterday so this small field might be reduced further. QAYSAR has won three of his last four and seems suited by galloping tracks. He’s unlikely to qualify for many more handicaps after this but it’s hard to see his winning run being brought to an end today. Bayroot is still relatively unexposed but has already been beaten twice off this mark. Victory Command has already run 15 times this year and both victories have come over slightly longer trips. Baltic Baron has yet to win for David O’Meara and was disappointing last time at York.
