In depth
Verdict
Lenny Lungo's Rose D'April could be the one. The winner of a bumper last year, he made a successful transition to hurdling when winning at Carlisle. There is no reason why he shouldn't continue to progress and was one of the reasons why Tony Dobbin came here instead of going to Cheltenham. Paul Webber hasn't hit top form yet, but his Gingko, a useful handicapper on the flat, looks the sort to do well at this game. He handles cut in the ground and could run well at a decent price. Polish Cloud and Salgrado are others to consider.
