Verdict
Many of these are old rivals. Zip won over 7f here last November with It Just Takes Time only sixth. But the latter, who also stays further, should find this intermediate distance on the ground ideal and Hollie Doyle takes over the reins from an apprentice. Persuasion is back in the groove but he has almost three lengths to find with ABLE KANE on Yarmouth running in July. Rod Millman’s gelding is a pound lower in the weights today and 3lb lower than when starting favourite for this last year on similar going. Gweedore seeks a fourth win this campaign and has an excellent overall strike-rate while Baradar won a heritage handicap at Ascot in July when Rhythm Master was unplaced. Lethal Levi slips further down the ratings and should confirm York running with The Green Man and Tactical.
