      Verdict

      GRANTLEY was second trying this trip for the first time at Haydock. Though he probably wouldn’t want to go much further, this is a significant drop in grade and Saffie Osborne takes off a handy 5lb again. Tregony is still on the up and Rossa Ryan has picked up a handy spare with Adam Kirby unable to do the weight. A hat-trick is a distinct possibility, though a case can also be made for the maidens Art Dealer and Cedar Rapids.
